I’m glad there was not much finger pointing at Udogue at the end of the match unlike the clash between Ben White and his teammate Zinchenko blaming each other for the goal scored against them. If anything, one must admit that mistakes will be made by all and instead everybody should respect each other and spur teammates to do well and support them. I’m very sure Ben White gave his all and so to Udogie. As a player I’m sure he will want to improve and cut his errors. I also don’t like the fact that Arteta in his remarks said that the clash between his players was good sign that each was motivating the other. It’s purely BS. He should learn to manage the relationship between the 2 affected players otherwise it will affect team morale. I personally do not like a manager who rubs on each other to motivate to play well. Human Relationship is more important than a game of football!!

Every time I hear this man speak I juxtapose Conte and Mourhino and thank whomever that we somehow had the sense to pull him in to N17. You know the players LOVE him because he's obviously the type of manager who keeps it level, is always honest with his players about where they stand and bases all of his decisions on purely football based reasoning. No head games, allows players to make mistakes and grow, remembers that these may be highly paid athletes but they're still very young men, and brings a level of judicious optimism to the fold. We're VERY lucky right now!
