ESPN Staff Writer Marc Raimondi reported on Jan 30, 2024, 11:05 AM ET that the Professional Fighters League has signed a deal with Hattan Alsaif, a fighter from Saudi Arabia. Alsaif, 22, has a background in Muay Thai and will be making her amateur MMA debut in PFL, potentially before the end of 2024. She expressed her gratitude for the opportunity and hopes to pave the way for more female fighters from Saudi Arabia. PFL president of fighter operations Ray Sefo also praised Alsaif’s achievements and believes she will inspire more talented female fighters in the region.
