On the 25th of February, Floyd Mayweather Jr. will be taking on the former MMA fighter and Geordie Shore star Aaron Chalmers in an exhibition fight at the O2 Arena in London. This match-up was set up after Liam Harrison, the original opponent, had to withdraw due to a knee injury. Mayweather posted on Instagram: “Different face, different name, same results. #London we are still rocking and rolling on Feb. 25th at the O2 Arena. Tickets will be on sale soon. Stay tuned!!”

The 45-year-old Mayweather, who retired from professional boxing in 2017, has made a comeback to fight in exhibitions against YouTube celebrities and other combat sport competitors. Most recently, he defeated YouTuber Deji Olatunji, the brother of KSI. Chalmers, on the other hand, retired from MMA in 2021 and signed a deal with boxing promoters BOXXER.

This is not the first time TV and internet stars have faced off in the ring, and this bout is sure to be an exciting one. Tickets for the fight will soon be available, so stay tuned!
