'The Rock' appointed to UFC, WWE's TKO Group board of directors

UFC 300’s main event has been confirmed! On April 13th in Las Vegas, Alex Pereira will defend his UFC light heavyweight title against former champ Jamahal Hill, as announced by UFC CEO Dana White on social media after UFC 298 in Anaheim, Calif. ESPN has Pereira ranked No. 7 on its pound-for-pound list, and he is the former UFC middleweight champion who holds the record for the fastest two divisional title wins in UFC history. Meanwhile, Hill, a 32-year-old Chicago native, has been out of the game due to a torn Achilles tendon but has won four straight fights and previously held the light heavyweight title. The card will also feature two other title fights: Justin Gaethje putting his BMF belt on the line against Max Holloway, and Zhang Weili defending the UFC women’s strawweight title against Yan Xiaonan.
